1. How do I find the item I want to buy?
Find on home page the category of the item you want to buy (in the category list on the top of the page below the site title), move your mouse to the category name, you will see a list of sub-categories. Choose the one your item belongs to, and you will be transferred to the product page. You can choose the item you want to buy here.
2. How do I place an order?
After click the item you are looking for, select size and fill in quantity,and then click Add to Cart. Review the items in your shopping cart. Enter coupons or discount codes if you have any. When you are ready, click Proceed to Checkout. Choose your check out method as guest or registered customer(registered customers can log in from the right page). Click Continue and you will be transferred to the payment page. Please indicate the destination for the product, the method of payment and the billing address. Review your order information. You may edit your address and payment information. Select "Process Order" to complete checkout. Do not forget to keep the order information in a secure place in case that you may need to check your order status.
3. How do you send my purchased items?
When We received your payment, we will deal with your order with 24 hours.If anything goes well, we will ship it out with 2 days.
4. How long will be the parcel arrived our country?
After we ship it ,Ordinary the parcel will be delivery in 5-7 workdays. But for some holidays like Christmas or New Year the shipping time will take another 3-4 days to be delivery.
5. How to track my order?
When we receive the payment we will send you a confirmation email. So please make sure the email address you entered to pay is working. Once we send the package out we will send you the tracking number to your email so please check your email in 24-48 hour to get the tracking number.
6. How do I find the items size fitting me?
You can click “Size”below the homepage to get the size chart to know what size fit you. Or contact our customer service email to get help.
7. How do I can change my order or cancel my order?
When we receive your payment, we will deal with your order in 24-48 hours. So if you really want to change or cancel the order please contact us in 24 hours. Because if we ship it out , it is difficult to stop the parcel. Wish you can understand.
8. How do I can return the items to your company?
We provide 100% return. When you receive the items it is not suitable or you do not like please contact our customer service to get the return address. They will help you to resolve the problem.
9. How many payment method do you accept?
